• Winter Weather Update

  Waste Pro was not able to run on Monday but will be out to service the city on Tuesday, February 3, 2026

  

• Franklin Springs Municipal Court will be cancelled for Monday, February 2nd

  In an abundance of caution and the possibility of winter weather this weekend, Franklin Springs Municipal Court will be cancelled for Monday, February 2nd.

  Court has been rescheduled for Monday, March 2nd at 3:30 pm.

• Attention Franklin Springs Citizens:
  With the expected weather coming to our area, there will be a shelter center on the campus of Emmanuel College at the Wrestling Center/Old Gym located at 200 Spring St. If there is anyone that depends on electrical power for home oxygen, please let us know. If anyone needs assistance during this time, please call 706-988-5344. Any emergency, please call 911.
